And what impressed me the most is the constant improvement that I can experience in terms of staff, communication, equipment, cleaness, professionalism, friendliness, and quality of the work done! The physical installations are beautiful inside and outside (gardens and parking). Dr. Herring’s dental clinic is an exemplary of what great service and striving for excellence is all about! I’ve been going to Kevin for all my dental work since he started his practice in Prunedale 30 something years ago. He doesn’t try to sell. He listens to what you want and can afford, does the job well, without pain, and sends you on your way. Just got my teeth cleaned from Pam, the hygienist. She was very pleasant, professional, and painless. Can’t beat that. How could they improve? Well, beer and donuts in the lobby would be a nice touch.😳

My first visit to Dr. Herring was excellent. I was welcomed warmly and personally. The staff members are attentive and communicate very well. Services were explained before anything began and were performed with care. When a small defect was found, a plan was presented to me and I was able to discuss completely. Dr. Herring was careful to show me x-ray images and explain everything. He is very nice. I'm looking forward to my next appointment to get my smile back in shape.

Great, friendly staff, and Dr Herring is exceptionally skilled. Appreciate his sense of humor, commitment to keeping his patients comfortable, and for taking time to explain needed procedures, etc. Negative reviews about Dr Herring and his staff are puzzling to me. All's not perfect, but they sure have worked with me and others if there's a concern. I highly recommend!

We moved to this area from Arizona a couple of years ago. Finding a new dentist was a priority. Our family recommended Dr Herring. It's been a wonderful transition. The office ladies are friendly and welcoming. Our hygienist, Abe, is phenomenal 🤩🌟. He is kind and gentle with a great 😂 laugh! Makes us feel like we've been friends for years 💝.

Recently had my first visit as a new patient. Everyone on the team seems so knowledgeable and nice. I was given a tour of the office and introduced as if I was meeting family. In addition to being nice, the people in the office really know about creating and maintaining a healthy mouth. Thanks!

I love Dr. Herring, the hygienists and staff. They have given my family the best dental care throughout the many years we have been patients. They keep up with the latest technologies and services. I wouldn't go to any other dentist.

I’ve had a fear of dentist since I was a child with Dr. Herring. I was very blessed to find he’s so gentle and kind you never ever feel the shot or a needle. He is terrific I recommend him to children and people of all ages. Have a blessed day bye

Had a wonderful experience with one. As someone who is afraid of going to the dentist I speak to anyone else who is scared, go give them a vist they'll work with you to keep you calm every step of the way.

Everyone is friendly and helpful especially the DDS Kevin Herring. Love the atmosphere in the office. A great place to go even if you have anxiety when it comes down to going to the dentist. Very comfortable!!!
